Hi all! We have had our first few stretches of warm days here. I open the window at night and the frogs sing and shout me to sleep. Just this morning, C and I smelled our first iris! Big and purple, too delicate to describe in this kind of language but both of us stopped and petted its soft yellow fur nestled in the purple petals.

I sighed…because really who comes up with this stuff? How could you invent something that delicious? The world is exquisite. And yet for me, I need reminders, helpers, and benevolent sunlight to let me remember.
