The Last Snow, William C. Palmer, Smithsonian American Art Museum, Gift of the Sara Roby Foundation...

My voice is still not quite ready to record a meditation after this last round of sickness, but, I wanted to make sure to offer something to fill in for the meantime.

I have been doing this altruistic joy practice regularly and the reason I like it is that it is not about changing a set of conditions rather it is a softening into what is and a refocusing. For me this is actually quite rigorous. I feel like it’s particularly potent in winter as we turn to spring when so much is dormant. As usual I so appreciate you and your on-going support. Look out for my voice soon!
